Shipping policy
We process and ship orders everyday from locations whithin the USA. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.Â
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, setup, quality check and packaging. Find your order processing time on the product page but we usualy take within 1-3 days after the order is placed. In the even that there was a delay, we will reach out to your with alternative solutions.
- Transit time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Depending on the shipping service you have selected, transit times take between 2 and 6 days from the time we ship until the time it arrives to your address.Â
Shipping Complications (Applicable for orders within the USA)
Shipping Delays:Â You will receive an estimated delivery date as soon as you place your order. Keep in mind, that economy shipping with USPS (a.k.a. First Class Service) is not exact and you may experience delays. If you need your order by a certain specific date, we recommend you choose another service.
Lost Orders: We consider an order is lost if it has been in transit for more than 5 weeks. I this case, we will ship a replacement.
Delivery Errors: If your tracking information shows delivered and you have not received it, we suggest you contact the shipping company because your order may have been delivered mistakenly to a location nearby.
Scan Delays: In rare occasions, orders will take 1 to 2 weeks to be scanned for the first time. If your order shows "shipping label created" when tracking, for longer than 5 days, please send us a note at hello@pawspawsmiami.com so that we place a trace on it.Â
