RETURNS
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your shipment to request a return or exchange. We will send a prepaid return label your way. Orders will be refunded within 2 business days after arriving to our warehouse, minus the shipping fee ($4 for standard orders.) Returned items must be unused and resellable or we may charge a fee up to the full value of the merchandise.

EXCHANGES
If you pick the wrong size or color, no worries, our custom collars are exchangeable within 30 days. Buyer pays for shipping back and forth. You may pre-pay self-addressed labels easily from our site.
